Leather Patched Hat

Each Leather Patched Hat starts with a classic structured trucker hat. We top it with a hand-finished, laser-engraved leather patch, created onsite in our workshop.

Every patch is crafted from 4-5 oz vegetable tanned leather, then coated by hand with oil and a topcoat to stand up to sweat, sun, and everyday wear. Its adhesive is heat-pressed with care, not mass-produced, so each hat undergoes immediate quality control. Whether you’re headed to work, the woods, or the weekend, this hat is built to go with you.

• Richardson 112 or similar structured cap
• 4-5 oz vegetable tanned leather
• Industrial heat applied adhesive to bond to cap
• Oiled and Sealed for durability
